Citrix is a software solutions company offering secure apps to businesses on various digital platforms. To resolve client queries or technical bugs, Citrix’s customer service centre serves queries from calls, emails and e-service channels. Currently, these queries are allocated to 10 servers on a round robin basis. We seek to model Citrix’s customer service centre system and improve their system performance measures.
