The Real Bank Singapore is interested in finding out what the most suitable number of ATM machines for their branch is. They also wants to know how much space to allocate to the front of the bank to increase customer queueing capacity. The goal of our project is to optimise between the cost of ATM systems and other system measures such as utilisation rate and time spent in system per customer.
